Food and drinks were all exactly as ordered, but the service was next level. Both the young lady taking the order for the drive thru, and the one at the window deserves recognition for how fantastic their customer service was. They were both friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, competent, and professional, and the list goes on. I'm kicking myself for not getting their names, but it's almost worth going back for if just to ensure they know how much their grace under pressure was and is appreciated. Wish them both the best and urge ownership/mgmt to show appreciation to these amazing individuals.
So, I’ve been a patron of Starbucks for 15 years. I have one drink I order almost every morning. A vinti black eye coffee. Per Starbucks for the past 15 years, that’s how you order it. Today, the little girl at the drive thru with a rose gold lip ring thought it’s time to reeducate me at 51 years old that I need to be more specific when ordering the same thing I’ve always ordered. Then stated black eye is one shot where in fact that’s 2 and red is one. Considering I travel everywhere for work and everyone else knows this. This would be avoided also if they would call back your order, where they don’t anymore. She argued that’s not correct, when she likely was in a crib when I started if even born yet going to Starbucks. It’s sad I am being told I’m wrong from a child. Especially giving I’ve been doing the same thing longer than she has been on the planet. I didn’t invent that drink, Starbucks named it.
Coffee is good, as it should be when a 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches cost over $24.. Little did I know it would also take 24 minutes to get our food even after asking about it. Staff inattentive and disinterested. Not again
My favorite location and luckily the one right by my apartment. Service is always fast and I get so excited when the drive thru guy is the dude with the short curly greenish blueish hair he is very polite and funny! Thank you
Okay, I'm not big on Starbucks. However, I'll stop at this location simply to enjoy the staff. There is a lovely girl with curly hair that makes my day better! Her presence is a present. She's a people person! I love her attitude.
And, the drinks aren't bad. 😉
This morning I received cold coffee even though it was supposed to be hot. Then when I went back through the drive thru to ask for fresh coffee they told me they had just started brewing new coffee so if could pull up to a parking spot they would bring it out when it was done. I waited for about 5 mins when I realized nobody was coming out so I walked in to get the fresh hot coffee and when I did one of the employees said oh we didn't see you outside even though I was parked right in front of the only door there is at this location. So then I received my fresh coffee & soon as I get in the car and out of the parking lot I go to grab my coffee and the lid pops off the cup due to it being to hot at this point and over filled. So coffee is now spilled all on me & my light colored car & seats. If I could give them a 0 stars I definitely would because this isn't the first time I've had a not so great experience with this location.
I was treated horribly by barista “Bri” today for simply asking politely for a drink tray and stoppers for my three drinks. “Just give me a min and rolled her eyes, twice! That was her response. Honestly, did I deserve that? I can see by other reviews this is an ongoing problem with Bri’s attitude that has not been addressed sufficiently by management as she continues to treat people badly.
Do I really need to say anything? The best coffee (if you know how to option it correctly) that has ever been brought to America
They never make dark roast black coffee… I’ve came 3 times in a row and get stuck in their line and they will not have any dark roast at all.. apparently they don’t make it.
